Established in 2022, we are building designers specialising in small scale residential projects. From detailed renovations and alterations of all scales, to new homes and multi-residential developments, we work closely with homeowners and developers to deliver exceptional homes.
With a strong presence in the Hills District and Norwest, NSW, we also regularly work across Sydney’s Inner West, bringing the same detail-driven approach to every project.

Joey blends creative thinking with practical construction knowledge, shaped by extensive experience in architectural offices and experience delivering client projects from start to finish.
With professional qualifications in Building Design Management and a Bachelor and Master of Architecture, Joey approaches every project with a balance of creativity and buildability, carefully considering cost efficiency and practicality while crafting inspired spaces.
Growing up in a construction focused family, Joey was exposed early to the process of architecture translating into built form, sparking an interest that has evolved into a lifelong passion.

jessie, Student of Architecture
Jessie brings a strong creative sensibility informed by art, fashion, and architecture. She is commencing her Master of Architecture at the University of Sydney and actively contributes to Residence projects, taking a hands-on approach to her sketch-based design process.

A Master of Architecture student, Sophie applies both technical expertise and critical thinking to her work on Residence projects. Since joining the studio, she has continued to refine her technical documentation skills and adds a thoughtful, creative perspective to the team.
